An Hour with Kate Atkinson

Kate Atkinson was born in York but now lives in Edinburgh. She won the Whitbread Book of the Year for her fi rst novel, Behind the Scenes at the Museum, and has been an international bestselling author ever since. She is the author of a collection of short stories, Not the End of the World, and of the critically acclaimed novels Human Croquet and Emotionally Weird. Case Histories, which introduced the character Jackson Brodie, a former police inspector, won the Saltire Book of the Year Award and the Prix Westminster. Her latest book, When Will There Be Good Newsfi, continues Brodie’s story.
